2 lbs. Shrimp (With or Without Shells)
3 Sticks Butter or Margarine.
Spread shrimp on baking pan with edges, Cut sticks of butter into wedges and place on top of shrimp. Sprinkle Willingham’s Mild, to taste, all over shrimp and butter. Place in oven at 350 degrees. When the shrimp turn pink take out of the oven.
If Shelled, Simply serve over rice with salad. If unshelled, cover your table with newspaper, place shrimp in pans in the middle on hot pads, serve with French bread, salad and lemons. Peel the shrimp, place shells on newspaper, dip the bread in the butter, and clean hands with lemon slices.
