I just attended the Heath Riles class and I’m the one who won the raffle for the chicken wings Heath demonstrated for the class. Just cooked the wings and they were fabulous with some left over for tomorrow night’s dinner. My wife loved them very much and really couldn’t get over how large the wings were in size. Signing Up for More Classes
I signed up for the ribs class and the brisket class here. The classes as well as everyone involved in putting them on were top notch! Step by step and very in-depth. I'm confident I can make a really good brisket as well as ribs at home now. I'll definitely sign up for other classes. Joe, George and crew were awesome. Looking forward to the pizza class.
Best Way To Spend a Saturday
I have been to two classes thus far and all I can say is "amazing"! So professional and informative with sanitation taken very seriously. This is the best way to spend a Saturday with some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I'm am going to sign up for many more classes. Joe and team are fantastic.

Amazing Customer Service
Bought a PR-36 from these folks, as a bonus got a wealth of information along the way. I mostly cook pork butts, and until the PR-36, cooked on gas. This grill holds temps almost as even as gas (last pass was 6 hours straight between 290 and 300 with one or two adjustments) and the meat so far has come off great on every cook. I can’t say enough good about the Meadow Creek grills or about the customer service and expertise at Grillbillies. Every part of my experience with them has been spot-on. Thanks!”
I enjoyed my visit today, and found a place I can buy a grill custom to my needs, all grill accessory and spices and sauces at an affordable price. The staff is a plethora of information on all things associated with grilling and was very friendly and helpful with anything I needed, I even got offered a cup of coffee during my visit. i just wanted to send you a note and thank you for your excellent advice.Last September i was entered into my first barbecue competition.I heard there was a place in Raleigh where you could try different rubs and sauces before you bought them called Grillbillies. What a money saver! I made the trek and was greeted by a nice young lady who gave me a crash course on layering rubs. I was skeptical. She seemed to know what she was talking about so I decided to give it a try. Much to my surprise, the first barbecue competition I ever entered resulted in a third place in pulled pork and a first place in ribs. Too bad we were running so far behind we never had a chance to try the food ourselves. I am on the way back today to get more…for the family this time. Thank you, I am now a customer for life.

The Best Smoker I Ever Had
The Meadow Creek PR72 is the best smoker I have ever had. I could not be more satisfied with the results from this grill. I have always made great ribs, but this topped it all. I can’t wait to compete and cater with it. Thank you for all the help and information.
I am the head chef at Camp Micah in Bridgton, Maine, and recently bought a Meadow Creek PR72T for the camp – 16 briskets on the smoker and had to do two rounds to feed the camp, just over 400 pounds total.
Even though I have done more than I can count, I still watch Grill-Billies BBQ’s YouTube video, ‘How to Roast a Pig,’ before each cook!

Meat Came Out Perfect

I Was Sold
I really have enjoyed the Meadow Creek PR42! The unit is very well built and service Grill-Billies provided (and continues to provide) is outstanding! The temperatures seem to hold constant, adding charcoal is very simple, and the cleanup is quite easy. Most of all, I love the flexibility of the unit and the extra top rack. Having the expanded cooking area that did not require a trailer to move was my goal in searching for a unit. When I saw the Meadow Creek reputation and quality, I was sold.
The Pride of the Tailgate
Joe, thank you for being available by just a phone call away! Your immediate call back for our October (2013) Tailgate Pig Roast saved the day! When my 185 lb. pig went onto my Meadow Creek PR-60, it was the pride of the tailgate…until the PR-60 wouldn’t stay lit! That’s where you came in, to the rescue! Thanks for the immediate call back to settle my nerves! Thank you for the insight on ensuring that all vent holes remain open…even though we wanted to keep that great apple wood smoke flavoring in! Your call back and support ensured that all enjoyed our pig roast as she smoked up to a beautiful, savory taste, thanks to your follow through!
All Came Out Great
First full-blown, no room for anything day in the smoker. Ribs and butts on the bottom, meatloaf and macaroni and cheese up top. All came out great.
None Were As Personal
I’m really enjoying my new SQ36. I received it on a Friday afternoon, seasoned it that night and by Saturday evening I was dining on what were easily the best baby backs I’ve ever made. I was able to dial in the temp of the grill to 225 degrees and hold it there for 5 hours with very little effort. The result was tender, juicy ribs with a nice bark on the outside. The design, materials and craftsmanship of the grill are all first rate. With a little love and kindness, I can easily see this thing lasting a couple of decades. I also wanted to thank you for your patience and guidance while I was making up my mind between the SQ and the PR Series. I spoke with three other dealers and none were as personable, knowledgeable or accessible as you. Thanks for a great buying experience and I’ll probably be calling soon just to talk BBQ!

Built Like Tanks
Purchased the PR60GT yesterday! These grills are built like tanks. I love it. Joe, his family and staff are super great people. My wife loved the ‘village style’ setup and enjoyed walking through the shops. Me, well, I was in heaven just checking out the pits! Best part of the trip…I left with MINE in tow!!! Happy cooking!
Finally got my beautiful pig cooker home. It was an incredible experience working with Joe and Sherry while looking for a cooker. Great people with not only an intense knowledge, but also an intense passion for what they do. I have learned more about smoking, grilling, seasoning, etc. from them then I have in my many years of grilling. Went looking for and found the perfect cooker and also two great friends.

I went home and cooked some wings for the NC State game with the Apple BBQ sauce and they turned out amazing – perfect fall flavor. Can’t wait to try more – my new favorite place to shop for all my BBQ needs.
Meadow Creek Did the Best
We did enjoy using the BBQ 26S for a large party we fed last weekend-I had to cook 70 skewers of Key West Chicken that required not only the Meadow Creek unit, but also my Holland Grill as well as my small pig cooker…must confess the Meadow Creek unit did the best of the 3.

2 things: I went with my son to your store for the first time on Thursday. All 3 staff members talked to us, offered samples, tips, were extremely friendly. I bought some wood and the burgers and got some advice on how to cook them. They were the BEST BURGERS I'VE EVER GRILLED and I’ve been cooking all my life! Looking forward to seeing you often.
The Envy of All My Friends
I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say thank you for all your help with my recent smoker purchase. You honest responses to my questions and excellent advice as I looked to move from a Weber Bullet to an offset smoker was invaluable. The Meadow Creek smoker is amazing. I am now the envy of all my friends who also dip their feet into the smoking world.
I have been amazed at how easy it was to adjust to a different heat and fire management system. Although there is a learning curve, the MC unit really does make it easy and is more forgiving than I have heard others talk about in forums with other smokers.
Anyway, thank you, thank you, thank you. As I write I have a pork loin and turkey breast on the smoker. Going great! Using wood only right now. I guess it's good you guys are not any closer to me or I would be making regular visits.
