Yes, we just received a trailer load of smokers and grills with more on the way. We have backyard to catering and competition smokers in stock. Meadow Creek’s new BX 100 is a sight to be seen. We thought we were done with the BX 50 but we pushed the limit on this one. It is a monster.
Want the ultimate “stick burner”, then the TS 120 is something you should take a look at. Plenty of capacity with stainless steel side shelves, warmer, wood basket, charcoal slideout basket and spare tire. It’s reverse flow feature will turn out great briskets, butts, ribs, pork and pigs.
Need a small backyard smoker we have plenty to choose from in addition to our Primo line of Ceramic (kamado) Grills.
Stop by and take a look at these “gems”.

We just re-fueled our wood inventory with a fresh load of hickory, apple, cherry, pecan and sugar maple. Wood perfectly seasoned and ready for smoking. We have it in just about every size imaginable-split logs, mini splits, large chunks, mini chunks and in bundles, 30# bags, 8# bags or by the pound. Start the barbecue season off with some fresh wood. It will really up your “Q”.
Joe Pino and Mat Griner from Big Show BBQ fired up the Myron Mixon MMS-48 Flat Rack H2O Smoker and the results were nothing short of fabulous!! Amazing results. Cooked a 14# prime brisket in 3.5 hours. Yes in 3.5 hours verses 8 to 9 hours. The end result was a tender and juicy brisket with good texture.
We started the smoker with about 10# of Royal Oak Chef Select Charcoal and once lit we threw in 2 16″ hickory splits. We continued to use hickory throughout the remainder of the cook. We used approximately 9 logs for the cook.
The 270 BBQ team made a great showing coming in 4th at Kings Mountain, missing RGC by 1 tenderness point. They took 2nd in brisket, 5th in ribs & chicken. Good showing and all done on their awarding winning 270 smokers.
The 270 Smoker line is one heck of a smoker whether your are a competition PitMaster or a backyard Pro. Fully insulated, even temperature distribution and a patented flue system makes this smoker a definite consideration when looking for a new smoker. Set it and let the 270 do its job and you will be chowing down on some of the best “Q”.
Visit the 270 crew at their upcoming events in Lexington, Salisbury, Shelby, Asheboro, and Goldsboro NC. They’re more than happy to talk about their award winning smoker.
We just wanted to say THANK YOU to all those that were able to come out for our event and for supporting Operation BBQ Relief. It is people like you that make a difference in the world and your support for OBR will help those less fortunate.
