This is Redneck BBQ Lab’s take on a traditional North Carolina BBQ Sauce. It is a mixture of apple cider vinegar, salt, brown sugar, water, and a variety of peppers that makes it a sweet spicy mouth-puckering punch to the senses when applied to pulled pork or used as a dip for boiled shrimp! It’s not Eastern or Western NC. It’s the best of all of our state!
GOOD ON: Pulled pork, collard greens, and boiled shrimp.
