A sweet seasoning with a little heat, Pineapple Head is the perfect match for grilling pineapple. Well, that’s what we designed it for anyway. Our customers are finding new uses every day and we’ve had reports of success on all kinds of grilled fruit, ham, sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkin, pork chops, shrimp and chicken. Some use it in kettle popcorn, some on vanilla ice cream and others in fruit smoothy. We’re thinking of making candy out of it! Best on pineapple and sweet potatoes. Medium heat level.
