The Griddle is made from heavy stainless steel and comes equipped with a carbon steel stand featuring 8″ solid rubber wheels and a front axle with castors making this fryer easy to move. With a cooking surface of 20″ x 30″ making this a great size for a more serious backyard chef. This griddle is set up for liquid propane and is for outdoor use only!
