Our hands-on Turkey BBQ Class is back by overwhelming demand! This fan-favorite class has been a huge hit year after year, and it’s the perfect way to level up your holiday cooking game. Whether you want to smoke it low and slow, grill it to crispy perfection, or simply serve the best turkey your family has ever tasted, we’ll teach you the techniques to make it happen.
Students will pair up and work directly with a turkey during class, learning how to trim, season, brine, inject, prep, and cook for maximum flavor and juiciness. Each pair will take home half of their prepared turkey ready to cook.
Beyond the turkey, we’ll also explore a variety of holiday-inspired side dishes and desserts that can be prepared on a smoker or grill, helping you create an unforgettable backyard feast from start to finish. You’ll leave with practical skills, expert tips, recipe ideas, and the confidence to become the holiday hero this Thanksgiving.
