Sold Out! – Pork Boot Camp – September 7, 2024

Are you ready to take your pork skills to the next level?  Join us for our PORK BOOT CAMP and learn from our expert Pitmasters.  You will be guided through the “ins and outs” of selecting the right cuts, and mastering the ability to turn out a great cook every time.

In this full-day hands-on class, you’ll learn various cooking and smoking techniques and you’ll get to sample your delicious creations.  This class is a “deep dive” into pork.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to elevate your BBQ game!

You’ll be cooking several cuts of pork including roasting a pig on a spit.

Class starts at 7:00 with breakfast and is scheduled to end at 5:00.

This class will be held outdoors “rain or shine” (tents, fans & cooling station provided).
