Come out to learn all about it with Wilders!
This will be an informative and educational day with the Wilders team. They will be here to explain their 100% Fullblood Japanese Wagyu beef that is raised right here in eastern North Carolina. We will talk about the breed, different cuts, and cooking techniques. There will be samples of Wilders wagyu available and a special Wilders meat bundle available for purchase. This is a free event.
