Back by overwhelming demand! Our Turkey Class was a smash hit the past two years—and we’re bringing the magic back. Whether you want to grill it, smoke it, or simply knock your guests’ socks off this Thanksgiving, we’ll teach you how to prepare a mouthwatering bird that’s cooked to perfection. Our expert tips and techniques that will turn you into the holiday hero!
This class is hands-on. Students will pair up and receive a turkey to prep and take half home ready to cook.
1PM–3PM: STANDING RIB ROAST MASTER CLASS
We are bringing back our Standing Rib Roast class this year. This delicious cut of beef is becoming a favorite for many during the holidays. We will demonstrate everything you need to know to make a fantastic Standing Rib Roast, whether you are cooking in a smoker, gas or charcoal grill or in an oven.
