This needle was designed to inject smaller pieces of meat like chicken breast and thighs, steaks and fish fillets. Due to its size you have better control while injecting. It also was developed in response for a thinner needle for competition cooks leaving less noticeable holes after injecting. It requires an adapter for use on our Magnum and 4 oz. Short injectors. It is 3” long.
