What a great time everyone had this past Saturday at Jimbo’s event. Nothing better than great weather and the smell of “Q” in the air. Twenty six teams came out to compete. Scoring was in accordance with the Kansas City Barbecue Society rules except at this event the teams cooked brisket, ribs and pork eliminating chicken. A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to all the teams for the hours and effort in to cooking some fantastic barbecue.
