Are you interested in learning how to cook over charcoal or live fire. Would you like to improve your skills? In this BBQ class, you will learn techniques, fire management, and grilling skills. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the process and help you master the art of cooking over live fire and charcoal. The class will be held around various types of grills. Students are encouraged to participate in the cook. Seating is limited.
