Our Hands-On Turkey Class is a big hit every year so we decided to bring it back again.  Each participant will get their own half turkey to prep and take home to practice cook for the Big Turkey Day. Learn to grill or smoke that perfect turkey and WOW your guests for Thanksgiving.  We’ll teach you a few different ways to prepare your holiday bird and cook it to perfection.

Our Instructional Standing Rib Roast class is new this year.  This delicious cut of beef is becoming a favorite for many during the holidays. We will demonstrate everything you need to know to make a fantastic Standing Rib Roast at home.
