Join us for our BEEF BOOT CAMP and learn from our expert Pitmasters.  You will be guided through the ins and outs of cooking various beef cuts, selecting the right cuts and mastering the perfect seasoning. Class starts at 7:00 with breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner.  Class is scheduled to end at 5:00.  The class portion of this event will be held outdoors.
