Our first Brisket 201 Class was a huge success. Congratulations to the 10 students who attended the full day class. They were each given a 12-14 lb. brisket which they cooked on their own under the guidance of GrillBillies pitmasters. They employed advanced techniques beyond what they learned in our 101 class.
