Take a deep dive into beef and join us for our BEEF BOOT CAMP and learn from our expert Pitmasters. You will be guided through the ins and outs of cooking various beef cuts, selecting the right cuts and mastering the perfect seasoning. In this full-day hands-on class, you’ll learn various cooking and smoking techniques, and get to sample YOUR delicious creations. We promise you will not leave hungry.

Class starts at 7:00 with breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner. Class is scheduled to end BETWEEN 4:00- 5:00.
This class will be held outdoors, rain or shine. Cover provided.
