Hands-On Turkey Class and Brisket Class – November 16, 2024

Description

Our TURKEY CLASS was a big hit every year so we decided to bring it back again.  This year however each participant will get their own turkey to prep and take home to practice for the Big Turkey Day. Learn to grill or smoke that perfect Turkey and WOW your guest for Thanksgiving.  We’ll teach you a few different ways to cook your holiday bird and cook it to perfection.

This brisket class will not be hands-on, but you will observe and discuss everything you need to know to make a great brisket at home.

Both Turkey and Brisket taught on each date. Do one, the other or both.

Turkey Class 9am-12pm – Brisket 1pm-4pm
