You will be guided through the ins and outs of cooking various beef cuts, selecting the right cuts and mastering the perfect seasoning. In this full-day hands-on class you’ll learn various cooking and smoking techniques, and get to sample your delicious creations. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to elevate your BBQ game!

Various Side Dishes
Class starts at 7:00 with breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner. Class is scheduled to end at 5:00. The class portion of this event will be held outdoors.
SEATING IS LIMITED TO 20 STUDENTS! Registration includes a Boot Camp t-shirt, boning knife, and heat resistant gloves.
