This is Tom from Hampton Virginia. I just attended the Heath Riles class and I’m the one who won the raffle for the chicken wings Heath demonstrated for the class. Just cooked the wings and they were fabulous with some left over for tomorrow night’s dinner. My wife loved them very much and really couldn’t get over how large the wings were in size. We’ll stop by Grillbillies whenever we come down to visit family. Thanks for a great class and the wonderful hospitality you and your staff provided to all!
