We’re cooking a hog early Saturday morning on the Oct. 7th for our Hog class that morning but we can’t eat all of it so come on over and help us and yourself to some great pork cooked by one of the best Hog Pitmasters in NC.

Those that have cooked over wood and charcoal at some point probably thought about how great it would be to cook a hog and cook it well. If you still have that thought in your mind, then join us for our Hog Cooking Class. We’ll discuss the “ins & outs” of cooking a hog such as selection, prepping, trimming, seasoning, injecting, woods/charcoal, fire building, do’s and don’ts etc. You will walk away from this class with the confidence to do the job right.
