Grillbillies will be conducting a BBQ class hosted by 99.9 The Fan ESPN at Cloud’s Brewing, Raleigh. We are excited to share our expertise and skills on grilling and smoking ribs, briskets, chicken, pork, steaks, burgers and more. Skills that will turn out fantastic barbecue every time. Doesn’t matter whether you are cooking on a gas grill, smoker or over an old barrel we will teach you how to WOW your family and friends. The best part of the deal is, you will sample the meats we discuss along with sides. Guaranteed to fill up your belly with some great “Q”.

WOW!!! What a day Saturday! The weather cooperated, which was somewhat doubtful in the beginning, but even if it didn’t the teams, judges, volunteers and our customers are the ones that really made the day.

Join us on February 6th for a good ole’ fashion pig pickin. We’ll be roasting a pig on a spit over an open wood fire. There isn’t any better way to cook pork. Juicy, tender pork with skin as crispy as a potato chip. We’ll “jazz up” things with an appetizer of our signature chicken wings!!

These classes will teach you the ins and outs of meat selection, trimming, injecting or brining, seasoning combinations, cooking methods and presentation. Learn to cook award winning barbecue and WOW your guests! Spaces will fill up fast!
