Join Us For Our Annual Pitmaster Class
Are you a competition cook or a backyard Pro that wants to cook like a Pro? Then this class will get you off and running! You will learn from Pitmaster Mat Griner who has been cooking in the Pro circuit for several years and will teach his techniques for producing competition quality barbecue meats. Learn the proper meat selection, trimming, seasoning, brining/injecting, cooking timelines, turn in box prepping etc. The comp cook will pick up techniques he may not have thought of and the backyard warrior will be able use the techniques to produce consistent BBQ for chicken, pork, ribs and brisket.

You will be sampling the various meats and sides taught along with beverages throughout the day.
Smoking good barbecue meats can be challenging even for some of the best Pitmasters. Throw in all the different varieties of meats and things can get complicated. Our cooking classes will teach you techniques used by the Pros to produce first class results.
These classes will teach you the ins and outs of meat selection, trimming, injecting or brining, seasoning combinations, cooking methods and presentation. Learn to cook award winning barbecue and WOW your guests! Spaces will fill up fast!

Chicken & Pork Class
