This is the class that will take your brisket to the next level. Using your current cooking skills as a foundation, we will build upon those techniques. This is a ”hands on” class where you will get your very own brisket (Certified Angus Beef PRIME) to trim, inject and season so its ready for your smoker or grill. Ed Tennant, Pitmaster of Bauce Barbecue, will share some of the secrets used by the Pros. This class is back by popular demand, so, don’t miss it!!
