“All About Beef Class”

We are very excited to share with you everything you need to know about beef. We will talk our way from the head to the a__ of the cow. You will learn about several cuts you probably never knew about to those you are somewhat familiar with and their best uses (including Wagyu).
We will demonstrate various cooking techniques, a few tricks, how to avoid some common mistakes and taste the results with free samples.
