In this full-day hands-on class you’ll learn various cooking and smoking techniques\, and get to sample your delicious creations. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to elevate your BBQ game! \nStudents will share cooking and smoking: \nStanding Rib Roast \nBeef Ribs \nPicanha \nWaygu \nTri Tip \nSkirt \nFlat Iron \n& \nFree Stuff \nRegister Here!\nClass starts at 7:00 with breakfast\, followed by lunch and dinner.  Class is scheduled to end between 4:00 and 5:00. \nThis class will be held outdoors “rain or shine”.  Cover provided. \nDue to the hands-on aspect of the class\, enrollment is limited!
