 GrillBillies Barbecue LLC is a dealer for Meadow Creek Barbeque pig roasters, smokers, chicken cookers and backyard BBQ equipment. GrillBillies Barbecue was founded in November 2007 as a Kansas City Barbecue Society Competition Team. We entered KCBS sanctioned contests throughout the east coast in 2008 with much success and captured the NJ State Championship in the chicken category. We credit our outstanding results in chicken to the Meadow Creek BBQ 42 chicken cooker. Because of our continued success with Meadow Creek Equipment, we became a dealer in the NY/NJ Metro area.
As a competitive team we are serious about barbecue. Numerous practice cooks are required in order to stay competitive. All our cooks are on Meadow Creek smokers, chicken cookers and pig roasters so we are an authority when it comes to using these cookers.
Our line of bbq equipment can be purchased over the Internet or at our showroom in Garwood, NJ (exit 137 off the Garden State Parkway). We can also ship direct from the manufacturer in eastern Pennsylvania. If you are serious about barbecue considering Meadow Creek is a must .
